La Esquina del Fabi COJIMAR is a modern apartment located in Cojímar, a neighborhood of Havana, with very maritime origins. A small town by the sea, which borders the bay in front and is surrounded by Havana behind it. Central, typical, beautiful, with beautiful sunrises, quiet and very yours. Its people could say that they live with their backs to the maelstrom of the big city. Kind and simple people, helpful, with a seafaring soul. The monument and symbol that best represents them is the old Spanish castle that seems to keep waiting for imaginary enemies and pirates. A beautiful corner of Havana, 10 minutes from the very center (6 km). Here you continue to eat fresh fish (early morning fish) and the boats continue to leave as in the old days. The apartment is on the corner, in an excellent position (200 meters from the Cojímar boardwalk, the Fort and the José Martí Park.

Located on the first floor of a beautiful building from the mid-20th century (1956), which is very well maintained, in perfect condition inside and out. The apartment is completely remodeled and furnished, respecting the balance between comfort and pleasure. Elegant and functional, sober, with everything renovated and modern, it has an excellent kitchen, a good living-dining room, two bathrooms and two very spacious and bright bedrooms. The two bedrooms have air conditioning and a double bed.

Limitations
Especially suitable for couples and families.
It is not rented to single people and it is not allowed to invite anyone to enter (other than the registered guests themselves) or to sleep.
Hosts
Rossana and Felipe are a lovely married couple, lovers of nature, sports, reading and meeting with family and friends. Friendly and familiar people, even though they do not live in the apartment, you can count on their support to resolve any questions, receive advice, solve an unforeseen event or -simply- have a good Cuban coffee and talk for a little while.
